Prices for usermap services are displayed in USD and may be subject to change. All payments must be made according to the pricing plan you select. By providing payment information, you authorize usermap to charge your payment method.

Refunds are offered at usermap's sole discretion, except as required by law. Subscription renewals will automatically charge your payment method unless canceled before the renewal date.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and all its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are the exclusive property of usermap and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

usermap has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by usermap of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
